Bilingual Deputy Director

Salem Keizer Coalition for Equality (SKCE) is looking for a person to join our dynamic team and be part of our long-term strategic plan and growth. SKCE was founded in 1999, and has served thousands of Latino/a/x families to support the educational success of their children. You will be part of a bilingual team that is dedicated to the educational and family success of Latino/a/x children, youth and families with immigrant histories in the Willamette Valley—a team that shares the lived experiences and backgrounds of the community we serve.

Our bilingual (Spanish and English) Deputy Director is patient, detail oriented, organized, interacts positively with all staff in a fast-paced environment, exhibits grace and composure under pressure and solves problems creatively. We highly value our staff—they are our most important asset, and each staff member is an important part of ensuring we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives.

Bookkeeper

You will be part of a bilingual team that shares the lived experiences and backgrounds of the community we serve with passion and dedication.

We need a bookkeeper who is dedicated to the success of children and is patient, detail oriented, organized, exhibits grace and composure under pressure, interacts positively with all staff in a fast-paced environment, and solves problems creatively. We are looking for a bookkeeper who has proven working experience in using QuickBooks and accrual based accounting with financial transactions and a budget of $1 Million or more. We value our people, who are our most important asset, and each staff member is an important part of ensuring we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives.
