Programs Overview

The Parent Organizing Project engages low-income immigrant Latino parents to help their children succeed, provides curriculum grounding in Popular Education philosophies and supports parents to grow as leaders and advocates.

Parents are their children’s first teachers. The Early Learning Parent-led literacy programs help Spanish-speaking parents build their children’s literacy skills with vocabulary, reading and writing practice so they succeed at the same levels as their peers.

Leadership and Civic Engagement helps parents to become leaders at home, at school and in the community.
